Duplication of contact, both North Holmwood and Brockham surgeries contacted me with details about test results, first by phone then 2 letters. Needed BP check, North Holmwood no machine available, Brockhams not working and receptionist said no one there to assist, Newdigate machine ok but had to wait for forms to put down results. Suggest persons made responsible to check machines and forms daily. Great that my results were conveyed to me though!

The care in this surgery is excellent. I have always been treated with care and compassion. I have no complaints about my care.

Everyone funding the reception staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly.

Disgusting service receptionist are rude, extremely difficult to get an appt and when you do they send you to a linked surgery and seem to not understand or accept that it maybe difficult for those with mobility issues to get to alternative surgeries. They do not even tell you it's at an alternative surgery till about 5 seconds before they slam the phone down. Carpets in the waiting room are stained. Doctors never seem to be running on time. I wish I had the choice to change surgeries however due to my health the location of this surgery is convient (that's when I can get an appt). Medication dispensed at the surgery is poor and on a number of occassion I have had medication go missing or, not had the correct amount dispensed. The phamacsit is slow. And receptionists look at you like your muck on their shoes. Very disappointing - considering there are some fab NHS surgeries out there this surgery needs to have a look at those and reflect on how they can change their services for the better.
